The Brief
In 2023, Brevo sought to strengthen its technical team to support the rapid growth and scaling of its platform. The company aimed to fill several critical positions in their Data&Tech teams. After facing challenges in sourcing candidates that met their specific requirements, Brevo engaged Dataworks to expedite the recruitment process and secure top-tier talent.
The Roles
So far, Brevo collaborated with Dataworks to recruit for the following positions:
- Data Engineer: Responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines, and supporting analytics initiatives.
- Technical Product Manager: Tasked with bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, managing product development cycles.
- Platform Engineers (2 positions): Focused on developing and maintaining the infrastructure.
