The Project
Following a Series D round with over $220 million of investment raised, Shift engaged Dataworks to scale its international data and GTM teams.
Shift wanted to hire multiple Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Engineers, and GTM talent across Europe, North America, South America, and Canada.
Why Dataworks?
Shift wanted to partner with a specialist talent partner with a deep understanding of the global data landscape and a ready network to tap into. They wanted a flexible delivery model to support a project of this scale. Dataworks suggested working as a RPO-like partner that could embed within their data teams to be the go-to data recruitment source.

The Roles
Shift Technology wanted candidates with a technical grounding in the fields of Data science, Machine learning, and Data engineering.
Candidates would be required to have an excellent education gained from top schools, an exemplary career history, and speak multiple languages (with a focus on Spanish and German speakers, in addition to French/English requirements).
