In December 2024, the company raised $40 million in Series A funding to expand into the U.S.

Its platform provides workflow management, compliance, and payment tools for lawyers, who can work with their own clients or be matched through the Lawhive marketplace.

Lawhive aims to make legal services more accessible while helping lawyers focus on meaningful work.

The Brief

Lawhive’s co-founder engaged Dataworks immediately after securing their Series A investment, led by TQ Ventures and Google Ventures.

With expansion plans underway, they needed to hire three founding leadership roles in Sales, Operations, and Customer Support for their Austin office.

These candidates had to be startup-experienced, hands-on, and capable of building teams from the ground up.
