The Assignment

As QuantumBlack continued to build out their highly specialist Labs function they were looking to make a very technical hire to work in their centre of learning that was dedicated to innovation with AI.  

Why Dataworks?

QuantumBlack were looking to engage a partnership with a highly specialist AI & ML agency for this role, who not only had a deep understanding of the technical requirements but also the candidate networks in place to ensure a constant pipeline of profiles would be in process at any point in time. 

They required a partner that had an in-depth knowledge of the machine learning market and a record of finding talent in this space. This required an understanding of the different niches of machine learning and being able to locate talent that has the required experience.  

The Role

Senior Machine Learning Engineer (+5 years) with expertise on Sagemaker, Kubeflow, and MLflow.
