The Brief
Following their 2 million dollar raise in 2022 the co-founders of Spyne (CTO & CEO) wanted to hire two Data Engineers to enhance the first version of their product. They wanted a Senior Data Engineer to lead projects and junior Data Engineer one to support them. After conducting several unsuccessful recruitment processes on their own, hiring the Senior profile became an urgent need and they sought external help from Dataworks.

Why Dataworks?

Our Approach
We initially focused on the recruitment of the Senior Data Engineer as this was a key priority for them. Once the senior profile was hired, we proposed a new shortlist for the more junior profile.
