RyteAI has developed a SaaS platform that uses AI to find and rank the ideal healthcare providers and medical experts for their users – anywhere in the world.

Ryte’s search capability identifies healthcare providers and systems based on a variety of search criteria, including specialty, disease, treatment, medication, procedure, location, or a combination of these factors. In a few clicks, they help find the best match by providing real-time updates and accurate data.

The Brief

Ahead of finalizing a round of investment (Seed stage), Ryte’s leadership team was looking for an external partner to support their plan to scale quickly, working alongside their existing talent acquisition team. Given the nature of the product they develop, a SaaS able to understand and translate human language to provide accurate lists of healthcare specialists, Ryte needed to quickly build a team of senior and lead level Natural Language Processing (NLP) experts, and ideally within Large Language Modelling (LLM) and/or working with Electronic Health Records (EHR).

Our Approach

As Ryte was looking for candidates with technical experience across the following areas(NLP, Engineering, MLOps), we decided to split the project amongst the consultants with the relevant expertise and candidate networks to ensure shortlists were presented within a few days.

Despite the niche technical requirements, we maintained a high conversion rate of initial CV submission to offer acceptance.  This enabled us to complete the project within 2 months from the initial job brief to the signing of employment contracts.
